These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bc22 platform and all its services. By registering on bc22 or using the platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms. 3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bc22 support immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. bc22 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless a technical fault on the platform is proven.

3.3 KYC Verification

bc22 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process for security purposes. If withdrawal limits are exceeded or suspicious activity is identified, a national ID or other documents may be requested. Failure to provide documents within the specified time may result in temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bc22 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on specified games — please check the terms of each offer.
• If attempts to claim bonuses from multiple accounts are detected, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after wagering requirements have been met.
• bc22 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In the event of a dispute regarding an offer, bc22's decision will be considered final.

5.4 VIP Program

bc22's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. You can move up tiers through regular play, and weekly cashback increases at higher tiers — 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum.

6 Game & Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play

bc22 believes in fair play. All games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures unbiased results. If there is a claim of technical error regarding a game outcome, the game provider's records will be considered final evidence.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports is available across various markets. Published odds are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is placed will apply. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are played in real time with professional dealers. If a disconnection occurs due to technical issues during a live session, the last confirmed hand recorded on bc22's server will be considered final.

6.4 Game Providers

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bc22:

• Coordinated betting activities against other members (collusion).

8 Limitation of Liability

8.2 Loss Limits

In the event of a loss caused by a technical error, bc22's liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question. bc22 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8.3 Third-Party Content

bc22's platform may contain content from third-party game providers. bc22 is not responsible for the actions of those providers.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at User Request

A request to close an account can be made at any time through bc22 support. The available balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn, however any bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

10.2 Suspension by bc22

bc22 may temporarily suspend an account if the Terms are violated, suspicious activity is detected, or KYC verification is incomplete. The member will be informed of the reason for suspension and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

10.3 Self-Exclusion
